When our service Technician arrives to your property he will listen to your concerns and inspect the areas where you are having problems.
Normally we inspect the interior and exterior of the property depending on the type of pest(s) to be controlled.
Interior Inspection
consists of:
Kitchen area
Storage
Elevator rooms
Bar/restaurant sections
Restrooms
interior drains
Checking floor base boards/warehouse
foundation
Exterior Inspection consists of:
Checking exterior foundation
Entrances and exits
Yards/flowerbeds
Trash/dumpster areas.
The Inspection
A floor plan will be made listing the noted pest activity.
Both perimeter and interior defense will be noted

Note
In case any interior spray is to be done, notification will be made to facility manager or owner so advance preperations can be made.

Any persons whose health is aggravated by spray or any women who are pregnant, or any pets in the premises, no interior spray treatment will be done until all is clear of such individuals or pets.
